When I started reading Tamil,my father introduced to me writings of
'Sujatha'. I have been an ardent fan of Sujatha alias S.Rangarajan's writings
since childhood.I love his style of writing,especially the Tamil
words coined by him equivalent to English idioms. The narration is
such that you will never feel like putting the book down. And I have
been a victim to the shocking last sentences of his short stories,
the effect of which takes some time to die out.
The following is the list of Sujatha's stories that I've read so
far.The one which made me most emotional is the Srirangathu
Thevathaigal. Each and every story in the collection is superb, may
be coz it was not a story at all. Sujatha has mixed imagination with some
real incidents that he saw and narrated so beautifully that u feel
part of the whole thing.
